Christopher Roberts, PT, IMT, C | President and Senior Clinician

Christopher is the president and founder of Dynamic Health Physical Therapy and Wellness, and a senior clinician. His education includes a physical therapy degree from the University of Connecticut and a certification in Integrative Manual Therapy.

After leaving UCONN he continued his search to improve his manual and physical therapy skills out of a need to help people. He trained with many well-known names/theories in manual therapy including Jean-Pierre Barral, John Barnes, Brian Mulligan, Sharon Weiselfish Giammateo, and others. He became a certified practitioner of Integrative Manual Therapy(IMT) in 2003. He worked with Dr. Sharon Weiselfish Giammeteo, founder of Integrative Manual Therapy(IMT) for 12 years. During this time, he was a one on one mentor for many physical therapists, assisting in their learning of Integrative Manual Therapy(IMT), including an IMT student clinic. He also conducted an internship program with area colleges to teach physical therapy and manual therapy to students of physical therapy. Christopher also taught seminars in Integrative Manual Therapy(IMT) to physical therapists and other manual therapists nationally with Dialogues in Contemporary Rehabilitation.

He is a certified practitioner for LSVT Big and enjoys helping people with Parkinson’s Disease. He is also a certified practitioner for Sole Supports® Orthotic Technology and continues to enjoy assisting people to be pain-free with foot problems. He has special interests in low back pain, neurological conditions, chronic pain, foot biomechanics, functional medicine nutrition, women’s health issues, the Gastrointestinal System, and allergies.

He enjoys meditation, sports, and spending time with family and friends. He has been in private practice in Avon and Simsbury for over 17 years. He lives in Simsbury with his wife and three children and continues to search out the best and most effective modalities for people to heal from all sorts of disabilities. He is honored to help people navigate through their journey of disabilities, pain, and healing.
